Before choosing a good #tent supplier, people like to check the factory output ability. I’d like to present how our #tents produced.

Frist, we need design the tent structure.

Then using laser cutting machine to cut sample fabric to make sure structure and size meeting customer’s requirement.

After tent sample confirmed, we will transfer to mass production line. First, printing fabric cutting paper.

Then cutting the fabric according to paper design.

After fabric cutted, then trasferring to stitch workshop as assembly line. Taking our workshop output as example, daily output is 1500pcs for #dome caping tents or #beach tents.

Finally, turning to package department and delivering the goods to Ningbo or Shanghai port.
